Security, privacy, and patient consent
Protecting patient data is central to FrontRx. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, access requires authentication, and your session times out automatically after a period of inactivity.
Patient consent is required before any encounter is recorded. The application asks you to confirm consent before transcription begins. Obtain and document consent according to your local clinical and legal obligations.
You control how long patient lists and scribe notes are retained. Open Settings to review and adjust the data governance rules for your account.
For full details, see the FrontRx Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. For privacy questions, contact [email protected].
